HOW TO BROWSE OVER BLUETOOTH CONNECTION ON YOUR ANDROID DEVICE

Some persons find out that their android phones can not connect to open WIFI connections, but don't worry, you can also browse using bluetooth tethering.
To browse over a bluetooth connection just follow these easy steps;

Got to your device menu, click settings, when you click settings you will see a drop down menu. Under this drop down menu select the option which says 'Tethering and Portable hotspot,' the next thing you should do is select bluetooth tethering.

When you do this, you are almost there, but remember this setup is for the device with the data bundle you would like to connect to.
Now, to the other device (consuming device) go to settings, select bluetooth, turn ON your bluetooth and search for available devices, when your device finds the sharing device, click pair and after pairing, select the paired the and an option saying internet access will come up, select the option and you are done.
